Pluto Explored Souvenir Sheet of 4

The United States Postal Service has issued 2 new stamps with forever postage value named "Pluto Explored" on the 31th of May 2016. This stamp issue celebrates NASAs history making first reconnaissance of Pluto in 2015 by the New Horizons Mission. One stamp depicts an artists rendering of the New Horizons spacecraft; and the other stamp depicts a picture of Pluto taken by the long Range Reconnaissance Imager (LORRI) on the Horizons spacecraft. If you look closely at the planet Pluto stamp picture, you can see the heart shape figure on the planet that measures 1000 feet across at its widest point. Pluto Explored stamps have a special World Stamp Show Ceremony Program FDC envelope issue. It includes a full colored program agenda with participants of the show on one side, and a narrative about the stamp design on the reverse. See front view picture below of the 9 by 6 inch FDC envelope with an Official United States Postal Service Logo.

Pluto Explored stamps can be purchased as a Souvenir sheet of 4, Press Sheet with die cuts, World Stamp Show First Day Issue Ceremony Program Envelope, and assorted FDCs. Sorry! no specification available at this time.
