The United States Postal Service has issued a new stamp with a postage value of 49c(Forever) named "Neon Celebrate" on the 9th of September 2015. Good times in the USA happen all year round and you need a special stamp to send that message with your letters. This Neon Celebrate stamp was so popular when issued in 2011 the USPS (United States Postal Service) decided to issue it again in 2015. It is a great stamp to bring an extra wish of happiness to anyone celebrating a special time. This year stamp has a brilliantly colored design made out of neon and glass that adds a bright shinny appearance. Its a great stamp to use when you send invitations, gifts, birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, weddings or any kind of congratulation.
