Food in Sweden, Booklet of 10 Stamps and Coil(13K)

The Sweden Postal Service has issued six new stamps with postage values of Brev and 13kr named "Food in Sweden" on the 17th of September 2016. Five of these stamps are issued in a booklet of 10 and a single stamp is issued in a coil strip of 10. Each stamp depicts various types of food enjoyed in Sweden. Beginning with the top left stamp in the picture shown above is pasta from Italy, right of it is Sushi from Japan, 2nd row left stamp is Tacos from Mexico, and right of it is Shish kebab from the middle east, bottom row left stamp is hamburger from the USA, and the stamp to the right of it is a selection of Nordic food. The Nordic food stamp or 13kr postage stamp is the coil stamp and is in a picture at the end of this newsletter. This stamp depicts a number of other foods which include herring, potatoes, crisp bread, cheese, chives and egg.

Food in Sweden stamps can be purchased as a Booklet of 10, Coil strip of 10, Collector sheet and assorted FDCs. The size of each stamp is 36.6mm x 26.5mm and the size of the FDC is 180mm x 125mm.. They were printed using the offset printing process.
