Waterfalls

Norfolk Island will issue two new stamps with postage values of $1 and $2 named "Waterfalls" on January 17th, 2017. The stamps feature two waterfalls named Cockpit Waterfall($1) and Cascade Creek Falls($2). Cockpit Waterfall is located within Cascade Reserve about 100 meters from the sea. Cascade Creek flows past Cockpit to Cascade Bay. It is one of Norfolk Islands few permanent streams and covers nearly one fifth of the island.

Waterfalls stamps can be purchase as a set of 2, Minisheet, Gutters or FDCs. The size of each stamp is 26mm x 37.5mm and the size of the minisheet is 135mm x 80mm. Stamp perforation size is 14.6 x 13.86 using the 2cm reference. They will be printed by RA Printing using the offset lithography printing process with Tullis Russell paper.
