Animation Ireland Se-tenant 4 Blocks

The Ireland Postal Service has issued four new stamps in se-tenant format that have a postage value of 68 cents named "Animation Ireland" on the 20th of March 2015. These four stamps feature characters from four animation films named: Roy, Give up yer Aul Sins, Secret of Kells, and Nelly and Nora. The stamps also feature technology that enable you to scan your stamps with your smartphone to learn more about the studios who created them and more. Ireland post issued these stamps to celebrate the success of animation industry in Ireland.

"Animation Ireland" stamps can be purchased as se-tenant block of 4, Sheets of 16, Prestige Booklet, and FDC. The size of each stamp is 36.5mm x 28mm with a perforation size of 13.1 x 12.9 using the 2cm reference. They were printed by Cartor Security Printers using the Lithography printing process.
