Visiting Birds

The Cocos (Keeling) Islands (Australia) Postal Service has issued four new stamps that have a postage value of 70c named "Visiting Birds" on the 24th of March 2015. These four stamps feature two species of vagrant seabird: the Herald Petral and Indian Yellow-noised Albatross; and two wader species: the Oriental Pratincole and Little Curlew. The stamps have been released as part of a worldwide collection of WWF stamp releases.

"Visiting Birds" stamps can be purchased as a set of 4, Module of 50 (2 x 25), 10 x 70c gutter for each stamp, and FDC. The size of each stamp is 35mm x 35mm with a perforation size of 14.28 using the 2cm reference. They were printed by RA Printing using the Lithography printing process with Tullis Russell paper.
