Cats

The Australia Postal Service has issued five new stamps that have a postage value of 70c named "Cats" on the 5th of May 2015. These five stamps feature five different cat species that can be recognized by their varying coat colors and lengths. The species of each cat shown above is listed in the following table:

  • Charo (Top left)
  • Bubu (Top center)
  • Sweetie (Top right)
  • Cato (Bottom left)
  • Briony (Bottom right)

"Cats" stamps can be purchased as a strip of 5, Booklets of 10, 10 x 70c gutter, Stamp pack and FDC. The size of each stamp is 26mm x 37.5mm with a perforation size of 13.86 x 14.6 using the 2cm reference. They were printed by Mckellar Renown using the lithography printing process with Tullis Russell C100 s/a paper.
