Let's Get Active!

The Australia Postal Service has issued six new se-tenant stamps that have a postage value of 55 cents named "Lets Get Active" on the 5th of October 2009. This 6 stamp se-tenant set depicts the most popular ball sports for Australian boys and girls which include: basketball, netball, cricket, tennis, soccer and Australian Rules Football. This stamp issue aims to foster the sporting champions of the future while improving Australian kid's health in the process.

"Lets Get Active" stamps can be purchased as a set of 6, Minisheet, Stamp Pack, Booklets, Gutters, Panes of 25 and FDC. The size of the stamps are 26mm x 37.5mm with a stamp perforation size of 14.6 x 13.86 using the 2cm reference. The Miniature sheet size is 160mm x 89mm. They will be printed by Mckellar using the Lithography printing process. with Tullis Russell paper.
