Grondal, Geta Aland Finland Postal Service will issue a new stamp with a postage values of 0.80 Euro named "Grondal, Geta" on the 26th of August 2005. This stamp is the second stamp in the series featuring beautiful scenery in Aland. It depicts a view of the dramatic sea at a place called Grondal in Geta. Geta is the northernmost town on the main island of Aland, situated approximately 40 kilometers from Mariehamn. Its northern coast is bordered by a chain of cliffs rising close to a hundred meters above sea level. "Grondal, Geta" stamp can be purchased as a single, Sheets of 30, Collector's sheet, Gutter pair strip, or FDC. The size of each stamp is 31.75mm x 36.51mm with a perforation size of 13. The stamps will be printed by Cartor Security Printing using the 4-Color Offset printing process with 110 gram per meter square paper. A quantity of 300,000 will be Printed:
